Over 99% of our orders are shipped from stock. If there is a delay,
we will notify you if it will be more than three business days
before we can ship your order.
Same Day Shipping
Orders placed on a weekend or on a holidayusually ship the next business day. If you are shipping to a home address and
check off "Fed Ex Home Delivery" then the delivery attempts will be Tuesday thru Saturday. If you are shipping to a business
address by "FedEx Ground" then Fed-Ex will deliver Monday thru Friday. If you order by AIR, then Fed-Ex delivers Monday thru
Friday to both business addresses and residential home delivery.

Shipping Information:
Standard shipping also referred to as FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery time within the USA is usually
from 2 to 6 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days. Your location, weather,
Acts of God, and other factors can affect delivery time and we can't guarantee delivery within 6 business days.

Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days. *Note: Some second day shipments will not arrive in
2 days. What shippers refer to as "remote"(aka rural) zip codes in the continental United States may take longer than
two days despite the fact the parcel was shipped using a carrier's "two-day" delivery service. In short, we cannot
guarantee delivery in two days because our carriers do not guarantee it. Your location, weather, Acts of God, and other
factors can affect delivery time. In most but not all cases a "two day" shipment will arrive faster than one sent using
"standard shipping". Exception- shipments to NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, ME (New England) generally take only one day by ground
service, so ordering to those states by air is pointless and counter-productive. Shipping fees canno tbe refunded unless
we failed to ship your order by the method you specified.

confirm your order, provide you with a tracking number and
occasionally, to ask you a question about your order - PERIOD.

Satisfaction Guaranteed - Returns and Exchanges
Any order can be returned for a full refund. There are no hidden
charges or other fees. However, we can't refund your shipping
charges. Returns must be shipped insured and prepaid and received by us within 30 days from the date of your order.
Include a copy of your packing list or invoice from us, or at minimum your name, address, phone, email address, and
date of purchase. Be sure to tell us what you want, a refund or an exchange and if an exchange, tell us what you want.
Tell us if you need open ends or unmodified end. Unfortunately we cannot accept "returns or exchange requests" on
products purchased from physical retail stores, websites or online web-stores that we do not operate. You will need
to return the product to the place of purchase.
Holiday (Christmas) Orders
Any order placed between November 25 and December 25 can be returned
for a full refund (less only shipping) until January 25 of the next
year.
Shipping to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
We do NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. We do NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses. Military personal are encouraged to have a friend
or family member place their order, which they can forward.
International Orders:
We do not ship outside of the USA due to Customs complications.
