Secure Shopping and Real Privacy
We encrypt all your personal information, including your credit
card information, when you place an order on-line. We will NEVER
knowingly share your personal information with anyone else beyond
what is necessary for us to charge your credit card, monitor the
web site and ship you your order. We will not use your personal
information for our own marketing purposes nor knowingly provide it
to others for any direct marketing. We don't have a mailing list
and we will only use your personal information to fullfill your

Always in Stock
Over 99% of our orders are shipped from stock. If there is a delay,
we will notify you if it will be more than three business days
before we can ship your order.
Same Day Shipping
Place your order by 10:00 am EST on any business day and we will do
our best to ship your order the same day by FedEx ground. We often
ship the same day even if your order is received after that time!
Over 99% of our orders are shipped the same business day but we
can't guarantee that will always happen. Orders placed on a weekend
or on a holiday usually ship the next business day. Orders shipping
to PO Boxes, Alaska/Hawaii or shipping outside of the United States
can't ship the same day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your
parcel to be picked up by FedEx. If you are shipping to a home address
and check off "Fed Ex Home Delivery" then the delivery attempts will be
Tuesday thru Saturday. If you are shipping to a business address by
"Fed Ex Ground" then Fed-Ex will deliver Monday thru Friday. If you
order by AIR, then Fed-Ex delivers Monday thru Friday to both business
addresses and residential home delivery. There is a special air
delivery by Fed-Ex on Saturdays, but it is an additional $12.50.

USA: The following shipping options are available:

Our shipping charge to Canada is $18.95.
International shipping outside the USA and Canada is $27.95. These
rates apply to any size order.
Free Insurance
Your shipment is insured for free, for its full value, when shipped
within the USA. Orders shipping outside of the USA are insured, at
no additional cost, for a maximum of $100.00.
Shipping Information:
Standard shipping time within the USA is usually from 2 to
6 business days. We use a variety of carriers. Deliveries to Alaska,
Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, rural zip codes within the USA and
International Destinations may take longer. Weekends and holidays
are not considered shipping or delivery days. Your location,
weather, Acts of God, and other factors can affect delivery time and
we can't guarantee delivery within 6 business days. Note: Shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and Canada can't ship the same day.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your parcel to be picked up
by the US Postal Service.
*Second Day shipments: Weekends and holidays are not
considered shipping or delivery days. *Note: Some second day
shipments will not arive in 2 days. Second Day shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii, PO Boxes and what shippers refer to as "remote" (aka rural)
zip codes in the continental United States may take longer than two
days despite the fact the parcel was shipped using a carrier's "two
day" delivery service. In short, we can not guarantee delivery in
two days because our carriers do not guarantee it. Your location,
weather, Acts of God, and other factors can affect delivery time.
In all cases a "two day" shipment will arrive faster than one sent
using "standard shipping". Shipping fees can not be refunded unless
we failed to ship your order by the method you specified. Shipments
to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and International Destinations can't
ship the same day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your parcel
to be picked up by the US Postal Service.

We don't have a mailing list and we consider your email address to
be private information. Your email address will only be used to
confirm your order, provide you with a tracking number and
occasionally, to ask you a question about your order - PERIOD. See

While we hope you will enjoy the ease of using our web store, you
can also call us to place an order. Our phone number is (603)
448-0373. Our phone lines are staffed from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday
through Friday. Summer hours may vary. Our phone lines are not
staffed on holidays or weekends.
Satisfaction Guaranteed - Returns and Exchanges
Any order can be returned for a full refund. There are no hidden
charges or other fees. However, we can't refund your shipping
charges. Returns must be shipped prepaid and received by us within
30 days from the date of your order. You must email or call us so
that we can provide you with a shipping address and also provide you
with other information that will facilitate your return.
Holiday (Christmas) orders
Any order placed between November 25 and December 25 can be returned
for a full refund (less only shipping) until January 25 of the next
year.
Shipping to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
We DO ship to Post Office Boxes. However we can't ship the
same day to a P.O. Box. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the
Post Office to pick up your parcel.
We DO NOT ship to
APO/FPO addresses. Military personal are encouraged to have a friend
or family member place their order.
International Orders:
We welcome retail orders from Canada.
We sell worldwide to Dealers and Distributors
We use the the US Mail's "Priority Mail International" to ship
to our Canadian customers. Most orders will arrive at a
customer's door in 6 to 10 business days. We never attempt to
profit by our shipping charges and the rate we charge IS LESS
than our average cost to ship to Canada.
We can't ship the same day to Canada. Please allow 1 to 2
business days for the Post Office to pick up your parcel.
Any customs fees, duty, VAT or other taxes are, of course, the
responsibility of the customer. Inquire locally to determine the
amount of any duty, taxes or fees. We are not responsible for
delays caused by local customs or mail service. The delivery
times quoted are those published by the United States Postal
Service. Your delivery time could vary.
Note: If unable to purchase online outside USA, email items
needed with your full shipping address as some "foreign orders'
are rejected depending on credit card + country. We'll setup
payment arrangement by PayPal.
